Sylvain decided to set up his brewery in the middle of the vineyards. His beers are in his image, distinctive, character and generous. They will appeal to lovers of beers for aging.

The brewery is open Monday to Thursday from 7.30 am to 4.30 pm, Friday from 7.30 am to 3.30 pm (cellar bar 6 pm to 11.30 pm), Saturday from 11 am to 1 pm and 3 pm to 6.45 pm; closed on Sundays
You can visit the brewery by booking in advance, on Saturdays at 3.00 pm: €5 per person
