Hand harvested, poppy flowers are from the Pays de Bray in the Normandy Oise. Martine Guy fell into jam a long time ago. First for his family, more recently for you. Martine likes to invent original recipes. We had a hard time choosing between nettle jelly, "Tatin" apple jam or poppy flower jelly.
