Sea buckthorn jelly

Small berry from the Bay of Somme growing wild in the dunes.
Jelly with soft and acidulated flavor.
The seaberry  is the richest fruit in vitamin C of the world and is also rich in antioxidants.
The jelly can be enjoyed on a toast, with Gâteau battu (Picard speciality), or on a pancake or with foie gras.
