Pauline and Alice, artisan jam makers at Confiture et Compagnie, are based in Saint-Quentin.
They prepare their jams in traditional copper pots, just like our grandmothers used to do, using fresh fruit sourced as much as possible from farmers in our Hauts-de-France region. Their jams contain no colourings or preservatives and less sugar.
Through Confiture et Compagnie, Pauline and Alice offer a range of delicious products renowned for their quality, taste and the expertise of these artisans. In fact, at the 2022 World Jam Championships, Confiture et Compagnie won the gold medal for its pineapple, kiwi gold and elderflower jam.
