- "Dita" potatoes
On his organic farm, Pascal D'Heygère has been looking for atypical productions such as lentils and chickpeas but also black truffles (tuber melanosporum) which he sells to restaurants. Passionate about his trade, he now passes on his know-how to his daughter Lucie. A landscape engineer, she uses her knowledge to pursue the development of the farm towards agro-ecology.
