- Fresh asparagus
Based in Embreville, in the west of the Somme, Rémy Delignières grows asparagus for our enjoyment. From around 15 April to 15 June, depending on the year, Rémy offers asparagus picked by hand every day which, once washed and graded (thin, medium or thick), will delight us in salads, cooked in a gratin or in a velouté.
You can meet Rémy directly at the farm on Thursdays from 10 am to 12 noon and from 2 pm to 7 pm, on Fridays from 3 pm to 7 pm, on Saturdays from 3pm to 6pm and on Sundays from 10am to 12pm at the markets in Abbeville, Amiens Saint-Leu and at the farmers’ markets at the IME in Dury on Friday mornings
