David and Mathilde Gozé are farmers and potato producers. They wanted to diversify by producing crisps directly in a workshop that they have set up on their farm.

Chips en N'ord, are thicker crisps with a good taste of potatoes, salted "just right" with Noirmoutier flower of salt directly from the Le Marais Breteau.
