For 6 generations, the Delignières family has been living on the Canny farm, a secluded farm in the middle of the land in the immediate vicinity of the Bois des Loges, the Mecca of the Great War.
If cereals have always been grown there, for two years a production of durum wheat has been introduced with the idea of transforming it into farm pasta.
Crushed in a stone mill, durum wheat is processed directly on the farm by Marie Delignières, now in Gnoccheti, Radiatori, Coquillette, Rigatoni, Fusilly and Gemelli.
Tasted yesterday by the members of the Hauts-de-France Terroir Approval Committee, these pastas were appreciated. We are sure that you too will find them tasty.
The Canny farm also produces various flours of common wheat. All products are marketed under the brand Joli Grain - Ferme de Canny.
For now, the products can be found in a few outlets in the Canny-sur-Matz sector and directly at the farm on Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon
