Fabienne and Garance Bourbier run a cereal farm using integrated farming methods like many farmers in our region. But they wanted to go further and not just produce cereals to be sent to the cooperative, but to go through a manufacturing process. It all started with the production of flour and the installation of a vending machine on the farm. 
A few years ago, Garance had the project of producing "pasta" from "Camprémy" soft wheat to remain in the spirit of the territory. Circumstances delayed the project, but in the last few months it has come to fruition. 
In the workshop set up on the farm, succulent "Campanellas", "Pennes" and pretty shapes for the children are now born... natural, mixed with tomato or buckwheat or lentils (also produced on the farm).
